Kundalini with Sarah

Kundalini Yoga is a technology & science which teaches us how to train our body/mind to operate at an optimal level.

Harbhajan Singh Khalsa brought Kundalini Yoga to our western world in the late 1960’s, as from what he learned about it in India he knew would be helpful for our nervous, glandular and endocrine systems in this age of information and radical change.

This Yoga Technology is the yoga of awareness and through the practice we experience ‘who we truly are’, not our thoughts or worries, or the past. We all have an inherent intelligence flowing through us and we tap into this. Life will continue to present the same challenges, and now ‘unprecedented challenges’ that we’ve never faced, yet how we respond to these challenges is key! We want to move forward from a place of calm intelligence.

Kundalini yoga is a multi sensory practice, through breath work, body movements (kriyas), hand gestures (mudra), and repetition of mantras (japa) we adjust the chemistry of the body/mind.

Sarah has been studying, practicing, and teaching Kundalini Yoga in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for the past 15 years. Prior to that in 2000
she was introduced to the practice in Charleston, South Carolina by

Ravi Singh. She has studied under Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa,

Mukta Khaur Khalsa at SuperHealth® as well as Ravi Singh at the LifeForce Academy. She has her level I instructor certification from the Kundalini Research Institute and is currently enrolled in level II.

This year Sarah has been invited through the Kundalini Research Institute to participate as a volunteer in their discussions with the United Nations about the current global impact. The United Nations has invited KRI to sit in on their discussions as global health is one of their priorities for 2022.
